SUMMARY:Intimacy and Conscious Relationships
DESCRIPTION:Relationships are often undermined by automatic and repetitive mechanisms that keep us “enslaved” to reactions\, expectations\, illusions\, disappointments\, escapism\, and blockages. This can happen with partners\, friends\, or family members…\nOften\, distance from others does not arise from a lack of love\, but from the way we react\, defend ourselves\, and protect ourselves.\nThese mechanisms originate in childhood\, where they guided and protected us\, for some good reason\, but when acted upon in adulthood\, they keep us in unhealthy relationships.\nIntimacy in a relationship grows if the feeling of being in a safe place with the other person grows\, and if we relate from the perspective of the present\, removing the interference of the protective instinct\, the cages of the past\, and the expectations of our own desires.\nDiscovering and observing our “survival” mechanism\, the mechanism that happens automatically within us\, can help us distance ourselves from it\, expanding our awareness towards new paths.\nResponding instead of reacting\, observing and accepting instead of expecting what we “imagined” would happen… perceiving and taking responsibility for our needs creates the groundwork for intimacy.\nThrough awareness and watchfulness exercises\, we will experience how to move from automatic reactions to conscious movements\, both towards ourselves and towards others.\nIntimacy can only arise from trust and openness to new ways\, new understandings\, new listening to our needs\, in order to see and welcome others where possible\, without forgetting ourselves\, without obligations and without guilt.\nIntimacy is not achieved: it is allowed to happen. It is the result of two presences that meet without hurry\, without masks\, without expecting anything — only with the willingness to truly be there.

SUMMARY:Systemic Constellations for a Yes to Life
DESCRIPTION:When we take back our true place in life\, free from the calls of the past of the family system\, a “Yes to Life” occurs that does not come from effort\, but from a natural opening of the heart and a yes to oneself.\nThere are “no’s” that live within us without our knowledge.\nThey can manifest themselves in difficulties with our children or partner\, with our parents or at work and in relationships in general.\nOr we may experience them in our inability to move lightly toward creativity and the joy of living.\nWe may feel held back\, blocked\, sometimes without a clear sense of direction.\nBut often these “no’s” are not really ours: we unconsciously share them with the family system\, out of love. It is blind love that moves us and unites us with our ancestors in suffering or difficulty.\nFollowing one’s own joy and direction is sometimes accompanied by an inexplicable feeling of guilt.\nWhen these hidden bonds emerge during a Systemic Constellation\, a lot of vital energy is released\, along with clarity and strength towards one’s choices.\nThe thread of love with parents and ancestors is purified\, becoming conscious love\, capable of supporting us instead of holding us back. The spirit is lightened.\nThis is how our individuality is born\, our courage to simply be ourselves.
