The deposit, which will be deducted from the total, is used to secure your place and guarantee the discount.
To access the activities, you can pay the balance upon arrival in Bellaria.

HOW THE EARLY BIRD DEPOSIT WORKS

1. Pay €50 now
   The deposit, which will be deducted from the total, allows you to register and then access the Early Bird discounted rates.

2. Choose how you want to participate when you arrive
   The cost of participating for 2 days is double that of a single day. However, it does not change if you stay for 3 or 4 days. This is a great promotion designed to encourage you to participate in the entire festival… give it a try! It is a great gift to yourself.

   Morover if you book your hotel with Turismhotels you will benfit with a further discount on the entry pass. You can book your hotel from here.

   Thanks to the deposit – offer validity till March 22 – you will get:

Full pass for 2, 3, or 4 days

• 150 € (without Turismhotels) instead of 190€ (if you were coming without registration)
• 140 € (with hotel booked with Turismhotels) instead of 180€ (if you were coming without registration)

Pass 1 day
• 75 € (without Turismhotels) instead of 95€ (if you were coming without registration)
• 70 € (with hotel booked with Turismhotels) instead of 90€ (if you were coming without registration)

• 3. You will complete payment at your arrival in Bellaria
  You can pay the balance upon arrival at Palacongressi at the Festival reception.

The deposit will always be deducted from the final amount, whatever will be your participation choice.
