From mind to presence
Who is driving your life right now?
Is it your mind, with its habits, judgments, and identifications?
Or is there a deeper, quieter, and more alive space from which authentic direction can emerge?
What do you truly want for yourself?
In this experiential meeting, you will be guided to slow down, feel, and listen.
Through relating to others, breathing, and conscious contact with the body, we will explore the difference between living guided by acquired structures necessary for survival and living rooted in our authentic nature.
Meditation here becomes an embodied experience: not something to “do,” but a space in which to let go of what we are not.
In silence, in presence, a natural clarity can emerge: not as a mental response, but as a deep feeling.
Let go of DOING controlled by the mind to make room for BEING.
An invitation to stop looking outside and recognize what is already here.
